Directions to Clearwater Beach Clearwater Beach is located west of I-35 off Grand Avenue in southwest Des Moines, Iowa. To get here simply take Interstate 35 to the Grand Avenue West Exit #69B and head west for approximately one mile. At T-intersection take a left onto Raccoon River Road and follow that until you see our sign on the south side of the road. Turn into our driveway at our sign and follow that for approximately a quarter of a mile. Of course if you are in Des Moines, you can always just follow Grand Avenue headed west all the way out to Raccoon River Road and get to us that way. Either way, we are only about 20 minutes from anywhere in Des Moines, so come out here and enjoy the show.
